True Diversity wasn’t built in a boardroom; it was built on 25 years of real-world experience. Our Director started in the disability sector in 2000, working his way from the front lines as a Support Worker to leadership roles as a Service Manager and Support Coordinator.

In 2023, he decided it was time to create a provider that put people before paperwork. True Diversity was born from a simple observation: as many providers grow, they often lose sight of the person at the centre of the service. Our Director wanted to do things differently.

In those early days, True Diversity was a team of one, with our Director personally providing all support, along with his two little "office assistants".

As word spread about our personalised approach, we grew organically. We became NDIS registered in 2024 and opened our first office shortly after. Today, we are a team of experienced professionals who share a single vision: keeping you at the forefront of everything we do. We aren’t interested in "one size fits all" support. We take the time to listen to what matters most to you, tailoring our services so it feels just right.
